Step into a world where myth meets mixology this February at Gallery 11. We're celebrating love with a twist, inspired by the legendary tale of Adam and Eve. In the spirit of Valentine's, we've conjured up two exclusive cocktails - one spirited, one spirit-free - each a tribute to the saga of human affection.
・Love one Love (Cocktail)
Embark on a sensory journey of deep, unwavering love. Let the richness of chocolate envelop your palate, symbolising profound affection, while a subtle hint of shiitake whispers tales of comfort and embrace.
・Eden Fizz (Non-alcoholic Cocktail)
Inspired by the Edenic bliss of Adam and Eve's sanctuary. A refreshing concoction that marries chocolate with champagne syrup, offering a citrusy lightness, artfully contrasting the Love one Love cocktail. The apple, emblematic of forbidden love, is reimagined here in blue-tinted white chocolate - a nod to the innocence of love untested.
