Our all-day dining restaurant, Gallery 11, located on the 11th floor of Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya, will begin offering a Spring Menu from Sunday, March 1, 2026, allowing guests to enjoy the unique flavors and atmosphere of the season.


Our Spring Menu celebrates the season’s finest ingredients, thoughtfully crafted into a customizable prix fixe experience of two to five courses. Choose from a selection of appetizers, pasta, mains, and desserts to curate a menu that perfectly suits your mood and occasion — whether it’s a relaxed weekday lunch or a special evening gathering.
For a light yet satisfying taste of the season, opt for the Two-Course Appetizer & Pasta Set. To fully immerse yourself in spring’s abundance, the Five-Course Full Experience offers a more indulgent journey. Layers of color, aroma, and texture come together beautifully, bringing the scenery of spring to life on every plate.
