Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an Italy × France Collaboration Dinner on February 14

A special Valentine’s Day dinner will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, featuring a unique culinary collaboration between Naples-born Executive Chef Davide Di Dio and Brittany-born Pastry Chef Laurent Poilvet.



The course begins with a French dessert turned appetizer, “Onion Crème Brûlée”, and “Smoked Yellowtail Carpaccio with Blood Orange Gazpacho & Olive Tapenade,” a creative reinterpretation of a classic Italian dish.

For the pasta course, guests will enjoy house-made tagliatelle served in a richly flavored Puttanesca-style sauce.

The main course features Rossini, one of the most celebrated classics of French cuisine, prepared with premium Australian beef and enhanced by the luxurious aromas of foie gras and truffle.

The dinner concludes with a “Strawberry and Pistachio Heart-Shaped Mousse,” a dessert perfectly suited for a romantic Valentine’s Day evening.

Welcome Toast with ‘Love You’ Sparkling Wine from Italy
Hailing from Piedmont, Italy, “Love You” is characterized by its delightfully floral, muscat-like aroma and gently sweet, fruit-forward palate.
The label of “Angel’s Asti” features an angel, a symbol of happiness and joy. Inspired by a fresco in the Sistine Chapel of St. Peter’s Basilica, the design reflects the producer’s wish to share a heartfelt message through wine, adding a meaningful touch to this special Valentine’s Day celebration.
