Savor the seasonal flavors of winter with a special Christmas course featuring dishes like Acqua Pazza with winter monkfish and homemade tortellini infused with the rich aromas of black truffle and porcini mushrooms. Each dish reflects the creativity of Italian Executive Chef Davide Di Dio, who blends traditional recipes from his homeland with the finest Japanese ingredients.
The centerpiece of the menu is the grilled Wagyu sirloin “Cacciatora”, a luxurious dish that perfectly celebrates the festive spirit of Christmas.
