On Friday, April 18, 2025, we will host a one-night-only special dinner event, "Maison Mumm Special Dinner," in collaboration with the prestigious Champagne house, Maison Mumm.

Under the philosophy of "Only the Best," Maison Mumm’s ambassador, Jérôme Suici, has carefully selected four exquisite Champagnes, which will be expertly paired with a special course menu crafted exclusively for this occasion by Gallery 11’s Executive Chef, Davide Di Dio. This extraordinary gastronomic experience will showcase the perfect harmony between creative cuisine and exceptional Champagne, delivering an unforgettable evening of indulgence.

The event will take place at OMAKASE COUNTER, the open kitchen at Gallery 11, where guests can witness the dynamic live performance of the chefs up close. As part of this immersive experience, Maison Mumm’s ambassador Jérôme Suici will share the art of Champagne and food pairing, offering a deeper appreciation of this luxurious combination.

The menu highlights seasonal ingredients and is thoughtfully designed to complement the unique characteristics of each Champagne. Chef Davide Di Dio has drawn inspiration from the essence of each Champagne, crafting an exquisite Italian dining experience that beautifully intertwines with Japanese ingredients. Delight in this one-of-a-kind pairing, where the finest flavors of Champagne and culinary artistry come together in perfect balance.
