At Gallery 11, we present a Christmas course full of playful creativity, where the festive traditions of Mediterranean coastal countries and Japan blend together. The course starts with an amuse-bouche inspired by a popular festive snack recipe from Catalonia, whose capital is Barcelona. For the appetizer, we offer a dish featuring fresh mozzarella cheese from our neighborhood star, 'SHIBUYA CHEESE STAND.'

The pasta dish adds a burst of flavor by accenting an Italian festive recipe with salmon roe. The fish dish features braised monkfish, which is in season during winter, finished with a twist of brandy to create the perfect festive plate. The main course, inspired by the Mediterranean's traditional stuffed chicken recipe which is said to bring happiness when shared with family and friends, will further enhance the Christmas spirit.
