The menu features a variety of dishes inspired by typical summer recipes of Mediterranean countries, especially Naples, the birthplace of Davide Di Dio, Executive Chef of Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya, with the creative addition of seasonal Japanese ingredients.
For the welcome snack, you can enjoy several dishes inspired by "Peach Sangria," a typical Neapolitan summer cocktail recipe using wine-marinated peaches, will be served.
"Linguine with Lobster Mint and Brandy" is a classic Mediterranean recipe with a chef's twist by adding fresh mint.
The most exciting thing about Gallery 11's OMAKASE COUNTER is that you can enjoy your meal as the chefs create their dishes right in front of you.
The open kitchen provides a live atmosphere that stimulates all your five senses.
