Inspired by summer recipes and cocktails from Mediterranean countries, we will offer lunch and dinner courses with a twist of Japanese summer ingredients.
The summer menu is reminiscent of the summer sunshine of Mediterranean countries such as Morocco, Sicily, and the Middle East, and is accented with seasonings and cooking methods that are rare in Japan, bringing Gallery 11's unique playfulness to the menu.
The dessert served with the lunch course is a masterpiece inspired by the sunshine and the beach cocktail "pina colada".
The risotto served as the dinner course is inspired by "paella," a rice dish from the Valencia region of Spain, and expresses creativity by fusing it with the Japanese ingredient "bonito flakes.
We invite you to experience the fusion of Mediterranean and Japanese food culture in an artful space.
