Our chefs craft a unique Omakase menu that sings of Japan's spring, offering a culinary journey from a velvety soup of spring cabbage and sake to skewered lamb shoulder at its prime. Experience the delight of our special dish adorned with tonburi, known as 'field caviar,' capturing the essence of the season. The highlight is our beef sirloin, wrapped in bamboo leaves and charcoal-grilled, with bamboo shoots, ginger, and yuzu adding a zesty twist. It's a creative meld of Mediterranean and Japanese flavours, creating unforgettable moments in our art-filled space.
