Hanami Garden Opens March 1: A Spring Terrace Experience Overlooking Shibuya

Starting Sunday, March 1, 2026, a special seasonal dining experience, “Hanami Garden,” will be available on the terrace of Gallery 11, the all-day dining restaurant located on the 11th floor. Guests can enjoy a specially curated cherry blossom–inspired menu while taking in the open-air atmosphere and panoramic city views.
The signature pizza, crafted by our Naples-born Executive Chef, features delicate cherry blossom petals paired with seasonal asparagus and cheese, creating a refined spring-inspired dish. For dessert, our Pastry Chef—winner of First Prize at the International Patisserie Grand Prix—presents the Strawberry and Cherry Blossom Tart, where sweet-tart strawberries meet the elegant floral notes of cherry blossoms, offering a beautifully balanced finale to the experience.


The "Sakura Cocktail", thoughtfully paired with the seasonal dishes and desserts, complete the experience—creating a picture-perfect spring dining moment you’ll want to capture and share.
The terrace is illuminated in soft pink lights inspired by cherry blossoms, transforming the space into a romantic urban garden. Surrounded by panoramic views of Shibuya and glowing cherry blossoms-themed illuminations, guests can enjoy a hanami-inspired atmosphere that reflects the vibrant spirit of the city. A selection of alternative beverages is also available in addition to the "Sakura Cocktail".
