Back by popular demand, last year’s much-loved “Hachiko Cake” makes a festive return this holiday season—this time transformed into a charming reindeer to bring even more joy and sparkle to your table.

Adorably reimagined as a “Reindeer Hachi” delivering precious gifts, this sweet creation sets the stage for a truly memorable holiday in Shibuya. Beneath its glossy chocolate glaze, layers of tangy cherries and roasted hazelnuts are gently embraced by airy mascarpone mousse, offering a symphony of rich flavors with every bite. To complete the festive indulgence, Chef adds his playful touch with panettone—an Italian holiday classic filled with dried fruits—for a seasonal accent.
