Join us for an immersive sensory lunch seminar guided by Mr. Christopher Chuviat, Brand Ambassador of Pernod Ricard Japan. This interactive event fuses scent, texture, and taste to create a unique, multi-sensory experience centered around Sainte Marguerite Fantastique Rosé.

Through tactile interaction with aroma stones, cotton, and terroir-inspired elements such as natural stones, guests will explore a new dimension of rosé — one that engages the palate, nose, and touch. This innovative approach heightens sensory awareness even before the first sip, allowing participants to feel the wine through its story and surroundings.

This seminar-style experience, beloved in France and making its debut at a Japanese hotel, offers a rare opportunity to connect wine, culture, and the five senses in one sophisticated setting.

To complement the journey, Gallery 11 Executive Chef Davide Di Dio presents a specially curated pairing lunch, designed to elevate the essence of Sainte Marguerite Fantastique Rosé. Set against the artistic and refined backdrop of Gallery 11, indulge in a captivating encounter where fine wine meets culinary creativity — a true celebration of flavor, culture, and innovation.

< Christopher Chevillard, Brand Ambassador – Pernod Ricard Japan >
Hailing from the outskirts of Paris, Christopher Chevillard first developed a deep appreciation for Japanese culture during a high school exchange program in Japan. After completing his graduate studies at Paris Diderot University, he returned to Japan for further academic pursuits and began his career in the world of fine wines and spirits. With five years of experience in brand management and sales for a prominent importer, Christopher took on dual roles in 2017—as a brand manager and as a Champagne Brand Ambassador, passionately advocating the world of champagne and wine. In August 2021, driven by his profound love for champagne and broad industry knowledge, he joined Pernod Ricard Japan as a Senior Champagne Brand Ambassador, where he continues to share the essence and elegance of the category.

It is made from Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle (Vermentino)—grapes harvested from the most prized plots in La Londe, a highly acclaimed terroir within the Côtes de Provence. This rosé offers a refined palate: beautifully balanced with vibrant fruitiness, crisp acidity, and a silky mouthfeel. The finish reveals a mineral complexity with a hint of salinity, leaving a long and graceful impression. Its glowing pink hue with subtle orange-gold highlights adds visual allure, perfectly matching its sophisticated profile.
