Starting with a fresh mozzarella appetizer made with cheese from our neighborhood star, "SHIBUYA CHEESE STAND," which provides freshly made cheese daily in Shibuya. Enjoy a pasta featuring the chef’s signature homemade smoked salmon, a main dish of slow-braised beef cheek in red wine that becomes tender resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth texture, and a rich chocolate opera cake to satisfy your sweet cravings.
