Celebrate the festive season with a delicious new tradition! Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya proudly presents its very first Christmas cake, crafted with the finest ingredients and inspired by the vibrant spirit of the holidays. Reservations for the Christmas cakes will begin on Wednesday, October 23rd, at the neighborhood café, "Shibrewya".
The Christmas cakes are available in three exciting flavors and will be sold in limited quantities through pre-orders.
Starting with "Santa Hachi," inspired by Shibuya’s beloved dog Hachiko; the "Bûche de Noël," which features a modern design with a black and gold theme; and the "Shortcake," which allows you to enjoy the rich flavor of high-quality fresh cream and sweet, juicy strawberries, all crafted with care by our pâtissier.

【Santa Hachi】

Inspired by Shibuya’s beloved dog Hachiko, this cake is charmingly decorated with a thin layer of chocolate and a Santa hat. Inside, you'll find a moist, rich chocolate and caramel mousse, paired with a deeply flavorful banana compote, creating a delightful blend of tastes. Spices like cinnamon evoke the festive hot wines of Mediterranean coastal countries, while the tangy citrus flavor of Japanese mandarin oranges (mikan), a signature fruit of winter, leaves a refreshing finish.
