Starting May 31, 2025, indulge in a semi-buffet lunch where the creativity of Executive Chef Davide Di Dio, a native of Naples, shines through every dish. Guests can enjoy a vibrant buffet of appetizers, salads, pizzas, and desserts, followed by a choice of one main dish prepared to order.

The buffet features a selection of traditional Italian favorites, including the classic Marinara pizza with rich tomato sauce and aromatic spices, and Caprese with fresh mozzarella and basil. Chef Davide’s imaginative touch is also seen in seasonal creations such as panna cotta infused with tomato and a refreshing tomato gazpacho scented with melon. A must-try highlight is the house-made Porchetta—slow-roasted pork seasoned with fragrant herbs and spices.
For the main course, choose from enticing options like Porcini Mushroom Ravioli in Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce, perfect for pairing with wine, or the Charcoal-Grilled Australian Beef Sirloin served with seasonal vegetables and finished with a luxurious truffle sauce.
